IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Dennis James has filed suit against NBC Universal, Inc. in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 17, 2007. At issue is a gay joke made on Late Night with Conan O'Brien television show over two years ago. Dennis James is asking for compensatory and punitive damages. Entertainment attorney Steve Sokoloff filed the complaint that took exception at the "gifting" of Dennis James to American Idol Runner-Up Clay Aiken:

Rokkuku Construction has terminated IFBB Pro Bodybuilder arrest and incarceration according to a reliable source in Japan. Rokkuku Construction has also cancelled the 2008 IFBB Japan Pro Bodybuilding show in Tokyo. Furthermore, Rokkuku seems ready to completely withdraw all investment, sponsorship and future involvement from the sport of bodybuilding.
