February 26, 2000, Columbus, OH - IFBB legend Flex Wheeler won his final major IFBB Pro title with the 2000 Arnold Classic in Ohio (after losing the Olympia to Ronnie in 98 & 99). Without a doubt Flex must be considered one of the best bodybuilders in history. He achieved his absolut best shape at his second pro show - the 1993 Arnold Classic! To this day fans and media alike are in awe about what Flex brought to the stage that day. His second best shape probably was the 98 Arnold Classic with the 96 Night of Champions in 3rd. Flex is working for Muscular Development now.

February 2001, Venice, CA - The week after the 2001 Ironman we went to the mecca Gold`s Gym in Venice California and got some amazing shots of 3 IFBB Pro Superstars during their actual arms workouts! (Nothing is staged here! This is the real thing.) Chris Cormier had just won the Ironman, Melvin was an incredible runner-up and Craig was in great shape too, after his 5th place.

October 10, 2004, Atlanta, GA - Troy Alves (pictured in his hotel room in Atlanta, GA, at the 2004 GNC Show of Strenght weekend) had his best IFBB Pro season this year with a victory at the Orlando Pro and a great showing at the Olympia (which unfortunately was not rewarded by the judges). The man`s physique is out of this world! We hope to see much more of Troy in top shape in 2010!
