October 10, 2004, Atlanta, GA - Neither Darrem Charles nor Victor Martinez (the top two of the 2004 GNC) are on the list for the 2010 Arnold Classic. And interesting move on Victor`s part. We predict that he will win the next show he enters and that he will be in the top three of the Olympia next year. As for Darrem.... He has never been so "big" before in his long career..... Will he be able to bring that new size into real contest condition? We can`t wait to see if he can.! |

February 26, 2000, Columbus, OH - Dexter Jackson (who was 5th at the 2000 Arnold Classic) returns to Ohio next March to compete for his 4th Arnold title! But in order to make history and tie Flex Wheeler, who has won the A.C. 4-times, THE BLADE needs do fight off massive Branch Warren, 2009 AC winner Kai Greene and Phil Heath (who has to potential to win everything if he competes really shredded). Sounds like a pretty good show doesn`t it? |

October 15, 2005, Las Vegas, NV - Ronny Rockel did a light chest workout 3 days before the 2005 Olympia in Las Vegas @ Gold`s Gym on Decatur (now closed) for Mits Okabe and our Raymond Cassar. Ronny was in great shape back then, but he was in the best shape of his life when he placed 7th at the 2009 Olympia just recently. Watch out for the quiet German! He could bring alot of turmoil to the IFBB ranks next season. |

October 10, 2004, Atlanta, GA - This might have been Darrem Charles best shape so far. He was incredible and only IFBB superstar Victor Martinez was preventing Darrem from another victory in Atlanta. Darrem started competing as a Pro in 1992! Of course this is a world record and we constantly wonder how the man does it. In 2010 he is still around and we are pretty sure he will once again competes for a title. Truly amazing! |
