February 24, 2007, Sacramento, CA - Hide Yamagishi placed 3rd at the 2007 Sacramento Pro and qualified for the Mr. Olympia, making him the one and only Japanese athlete ever to step onstage at the big one. Since then Hide has made history numerous times. He was in the runner-up spot at Pro shows three times, he was in the Olympia top ten last year and he was 8th at the Arnold a few days ago. So the first contest victory seems to be just around the corner for the charismatic athlete. Maybe it`ll happen this year?
