October 15, 2005, Las Vegas, NV - Ronny Rockel did a light chest workout 3 days before the 2005 Olympia in Las Vegas @ Gold`s Gym on Decatur (now closed) for Mits Okabe and our Raymond Cassar. Ronny was in great shape back then, but he was in the best shape of his life when he placed 7th at the 2009 Olympia just recently. Watch out for the quiet German! He could bring alot of turmoil to the IFBB ranks next season.
